Oil pulling is an ancient old practice in which you swish oils back and forth in your mouth for 10-15 minutes, and you get health improving benefits. Although it seems like swishing oil around for 15 minutes is a waste of time it is in fact a healthy and life improving exercise. Although oil pulling isn’t the most scientifically credible practice I have tried it and it feels great. For the first few times you do it it may seem a bit weird, but after several oil pullings you will your day a lot more!
